- I began my education in September 2001 taking my first year of training. I continued for 3 years and then did 1 year of internship under Dr. Dennis Merritt Jones. I received my Practitioner License in July of 2005 and have been practicing since then. I live in Simi Valley, California with my husband. We have 3 daughters and 5 grandchildren. A very busy life, indeed!! Oh yes, we also have a cat named Socrates. Hmmm....
